Colin,
I also apologize for
the confusion. After discussion with our Superintendent we have decided
the contact for you should be our CFO – Brad Cauffman. I am forwarding
this email to Brad and would like you to work directly through Brad’s office
going forward.

Mapping Scope
John,
It was a pleasure meeting with the district
to discuss your upcoming mapping needs. I have to apologize to you, for
not moving this along sooner.
Attached please find a draft proposal with
the scope as defined during our February 20, 2007 meeting. Please review
the attached scope and let me know if you have any changes. I left a
voicemail for you today with regard to same and possibly a meeting to refine the
scope of the project. We may be able to handle this via email if you
whish. Once we can agree on a scope I can move forward with a manhour
estimate and pricing. You may even want this broken down into multiple
proposals. This document may be edited directly in Microsoft Word, however
if you do decide to edit in Word please turn on tracking so I know what changes
have been made or use another font color. Please advise at your earliest
convenience.
Thanks for the opportunity to work with the
district,
Colin F.
